My latest client quilt was all about bea blues. As many of you know I LOVE TEAL so this quilt was so much fun to have in my longarm quilting studio.
My client Heather chose to create this quilt top with stars and 25 patch blocks. You can tell that she spent a lot of time carefully putting it together because the piecing is spot on. 🤩 All I can say is WOW beautiful!
Heather wanted an edge to edge design for quilting but not too close together so we decided on Harbour Wave (by @urbanelementz) and I enlarged the scale of the design. With my machine being hand guided I found it challenging to keep nice even swoops and swirls but once I started, I was addicted and couldn’t stop. Let’s just say that I would rather be quilting than doing dishes. LOL
The quilt turned out amazingly beautiful and it was a pleasure to quilt these beautiful blues. Check out the stitching on the stunning dark teal backing. 😍
